                                                                                 Rosary Altar Society

Membership of the Society
All female members of the Parish of St. Bartholomew who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years are qualified for membership in the Society. Membership will consist of:

        Active: dues paying members who are interested in the duties of caring for the Altars and in assisting in conducting     

        social affairs

        Inactive:  dues paying members who are interest in the Altar Society, but for some reason cannot help actively, but

        who help by the support of their membership.

Purpose of the Altar & Rosary Society

• To promote and encourage devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary among parishioners, especially the women of the parish
  
• To continue the beautification of St. Bartholomew’s Church and Altar.
  
• To further knowledge and understanding of the Roman Catholic faith among parishioners, especially women, by means of public meeting at which appropriate topics shall be discussed
  
• To organize social activities for the purpose of raising funds for the Parish or for such other purposes as may to the Pastor appear beneficial to the Parish.
